Oregon Institute of Technology Assistant Professor, Mathematics in Klamath Falls, Oregon Job Description: Teach undergraduate classes in the Department of Mathematics with an emphasis on introductory and intermediary level courses in algebra, trigonometry, calculus, and statistics. Additional responsibilities include advising undergraduate students, directing senior projects of mathematics majors, participation in university and departmental service activities, and pursuit of professional activities, such as research, publication, and the securing of grant and other sources of funding. Demonstrate a commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity. The position is a full-time nine-month, tenure-track appointment at the Assistant Professor level. Minimum Requirements: Applicants must have a Master^^s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mathematics, and four (4) years of experience as a Professor, Instructor, Teaching Assistant or related occupation. All education, training, and experience may be gained concurrently.
